Transporting dangerous materials or sub-letting the vehicle is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeding weight or passenger limits, and operating outside of agreed geographical boundaries without prior consent are also strictly prohibited.
Breach of terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Newport is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services.
